Ingredients
- As jy individuele slaaie maak, gebruik die slaaiblare as bakkies. Sny andersins die slaaiblare in dun repies en meng met die kool.
- Suurroomslaaisous
- 80 ml (1/3 k) mayonnaise
- 80 ml (1/3 k) suurroom
- 80 ml (1/3 k) appelsap
- 15 ml (1 e) olyfolie
- sout en gemaalde swartpeper
- ½ pers kool, dun gesny
- ½ witkool, dun gesny
- 1 x 100 g-pakkie okkerneute, gerooster
- 8 botterslaai- of bindslaaiblare (cos) as bakkies, of in dun repies gesny
- 2 groen appels, dun lappies gesny
- 8 snytjies gypsey-ham
- 250 ml (1 k) parmesaankrulle

- Sour cream dressing
- 80 ml (1.3 k) mayonnaise
- 80 ml (1.3 k) sour cream
- 80 ml (1.3 k) apple juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper
- ½ purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- ½ white cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 x 100g packet of walnuts, toasted
- 8 butter lettuce used as bowls, or cut into thin strips
- 2 green apples, sliced thin
- 8 slices Gypsey ham
- 250 ml (1 cup) parmesan curls
Instructions
1. Slaaisous: Meng die mayonnaise, suurroom, appelsap en olie. Geur na smaak.
2. Meng die kool, okkerneute en slaaisous. Skep in die botterslaai- of bindslaaiblare.
3. Sit met die appels en ham voor en strooi die parmesaankrulle oor.
English recipe
1 Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple juice and oil. Season to taste.
2 Combine the cabbage, walnuts and dressing. Spoon into the butter lettuce leaves or on a bed of sliced lettuce leaves.
3 Add the apples and ham and add parmesan curls on top.
