Maak hierdie ghoelasj in ’n kits met gaar vleis wat van geroosterde varklende oorbly.
1 Braai 1 fyn gekapte ui, 5 ml (1 t) gekapte knoffel, 15 ml (1 e) paprika en 15 ml (1 e) tamatiepasta in 15 ml (1 e) avokado-olie tot geurig. Sprinkel 5 ml (1 t) meel oor en braai vir nog 3-4 min.
2 Gooi 1 blik heel, geskilde tamatie, 2 lourierblare en 500 ml (2 k) gaar varkvleisblokkies en 250 ml (1 k) hoenderaftreksel by.
3 Laat prut vir 15-20 min. tot dikker en deurwarm.
4 Sit met lepels vol suurroom, gekapte pietersielie en gaar skulpiepasta voor.

Quick goulash
Prepare this goulash in a flash with cooked meat left overs like roasted pork loin
1 Fry 1 onion finely chopped, 5 ml (1 t) chopped garlic, 15 ml (1 tablespoon) paprika and 15 ml (1 tablespoon) tomato paste in 15 ml (1 tablespoon) avocado oil until fragrant. Sprinkle 5 ml (1 t) flour and fry for 3-4 minutes.
2 Add 1 can whole peeled tomatoes, 2 bay leaves, 500 ml (2 cups) cooked pork cubes and 250 ml (1 cup) chicken stock.
3 Simmer for 15-20 minutes to thicken and heat through.
4 Serve with dollops of sour cream, chopped parsley and cooked shell pasta.
