2 Kook vir 5-6 min. en geur met 5 ml (1 t) suiker, sout en gemaalde swartpeper.
3 Roer 100 g gedreineerde swart olywe, 2 x 170 g gedreineerde tuna en ’n hand vol vars basiliekruid by die
tamatiesous in. Kook vir nog 4-5 min. of tot deurwarm.
4 Sit met gaar penne pasta, ekstra vars basiliekruid en gerasperde parmesaan voor.
2 Cook for 5-6 minutes and season with 5 ml (1 teaspoon) sugar, salt and ground black pepper.
3 Add 100g drained black olives, 2 x 170g drained tuna and a handful of fresh basil. (Stir while adding). Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until heated through.
4 Serve with cooked pasta penne, extra fresh basil and grated parmesan.
