2. Laat afkoel. Meng die res van die bestanddele en roer dan die kerrie-olie by. Hou eenkant.
3. Smeer die steak met olie en geur met die masalamengsel. Skroeirooster in ’n verhitte riffelpan vir 3-4 min. aan ’n kant tot goudbruin of medium-gaar.
4. Laat rus eenkant vir 10 min. en sny dan in dun repies.
5. Pak die res van die slaaibestanddele op die naan of platbrood en sit die steak-repies by. Sit voor met die kerrie-jogurtsous.

2. Allow to cool. Mix the remaining ingredients and stir in the curry oil. Set aside.
3. Brush the steaks with oil and season with the masala mixture. Lightly roast in a heated griddle pan for 3-4 minutes on a side until golden brown and cooked medium.
4. Allow to rest aside for 10 minutes, cut into thin strips.
5. Pack the remaining salad ingredients on the naan or flatbread and serve with the steak strips. Serve with curry yogurt sauce.
