Cheat ganache
100 g (1 block) dark chocolate
1 410g tin caramel condensed milk
Buy 12 chocolate muffins at Woolworths or bake the Best, Easiest Chocolate cake in a muffin pan.
1 For the ganache, melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every minute. Stir in the condensed milk with a fork until smooth and mix in the melted chocolate until well blended and smooth.
2 Scoop the ganache into a piping bag with a star nozzle and decorate the muffins.
3 Decorate each muffin with a heart made of plastic icing.
Plastic icing ornaments
Knead a scoop plastic icing with a little pink food coloring until evenly pink. Roll out on a work surface sprinkled with corn flour. Press hearts with a heart shaped coocie cutter. Leave about 1 hour to harden.
