Serves 4
1 Season 1 kg (2 bags) defrosted, basic mince mixture with salt and pepper. Mix with a big handful of chopped parsley and 125 ml grated cheddar.
2 Form 4 patties.
3 Fry it in 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Layer four rolls with patties, lettuce, thick sliced tomato, red onion disks, gherkins and spoons full of canned, Mexican flavored tomatoes.
4 Serve with crispy onion rings.
