1 x 200 g chocolate chip cookies (Chockits)
50 g butter, melted
100 g Lindt milk chocolate, chopped
1 x 385 g can condensed milk
2 x 250 g containers cream cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Spray a 22 cm x 6 cm springform pan or a rectangular 35 cm x 11 cm x 5 cm springform pan with nonstick spray. 2 Grind the biscuits in a food processor. Add the butter and mix well. Press the mixture into the pan and put it in the fridge. 3 Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add the condensed milk and mix well. Add spoons full of cream cheese and stir until smooth. 4 Add the eggs and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture slowly into the crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes to set.
